School Bullying/Violence Prevention Conference coming to Omaha, NE

In response to the rise in school bullying and violence, Building Strong Families National Seminars is presenting in your area a powerful 3-hour research-based school bullying and violence prevention conference entitled the 'Standing Up To Bullying' Conference.

Introducing the latest international research on school (k-12) bullying and violence, the 'Standing Up To Bullying' conference is designed to empower and equip school administrators, educators, social workers, counselors, psychologists, law enforcement, and others who work with children with skills and tools designed to recognize, minimize or eradicate school bullying and violence. The strategies, techniques, and interventions cited in this conference equally spans elementary thru high school students.

The presenter is Mark Lakewood, CEO of Building Strong Families National Seminars, a distinguished bullying prevention expert, author, and national speaker with decades of clinical experience as a mental health therapist.

This conference will be held twice at the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West, 17879 Chicago St, Omaha, NE 68118 on Thursday, October 16th, 2014 from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 5:00pm to 8:00pm (CT).
